Hey there, I'm Aleksandra, the caffeine-fueled brain behind Vista Barista, and I'm thrilled to take you on a rollercoaster of a journey!
I've always been madly in love with coffee – so much so that my dream of owning
a coffee shop felt likea lifelong crush. Sure, the cost and complexities were like
the pesky obstacles in a romantic comedy, but you know what they say about
dreams – they have a sneaky way of becoming reality. And every day, my coffee shop dream gets a little closer to the 'happily ever after' part.
Before my barista dreams, I was deep in the world of transportation management.
It was a good gig, but it didn't exactly set my soul on fire. So, I decided to toss stability out the window and dove headfirst into the unknown, on a quest to find what
truly made my heart race.
That's when I discovered my knack for sewing. I opened an online sewing school and even became a YouTube sensation, sharing the art of this beautiful craft. Little did
I know that this creative outletwould be my ticket to the next big adventure.
See, I've got this thing for turning ideas into working businesses. Creating things
with my own hands? It's my jam!
But the pandemic came along, and we all had to adapt, right? I started sewing masks like there was no tomorrow. Those mask-making skills turned out to be a lifesaver – literally. The money I earned from sewing led to something new and exciting: I opened a printing company in Massachusetts, just before my family decided to trade snow
for sunshine in Florida. It was a journey filled with resilience, adaptability,
and the occasional spilled coffee.
Now, here's where it gets really exciting. Vista Barista isn't just a business,
it's a reflection of my wild journey from dreamer to creator.
It's a blend of my passions, experiences, and a deep love for quality coffee. And if you share my love for creativity, passion, and, of course, a damn good cup of joe,
